Valenciennellus carlsbergi és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels esternoptíquids.[4]

Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix marí i batipelàgic que viu entre 0-200 m de fondària.[5]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba a Papua Nova Guinea i el mar de la Xina Meridional.[5][7][8]
Observacions[modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[5]
