Puntius semifasciolatus és una espècie de peix de la família dels ciprínids i de l'ordre dels cipriniformes.

Morfologia [modifica]
Els mascles poden assolir els 7 cm de longitud total.[3][4]
Distribució geogràfica [modifica]
Es troba a la conca del riu Vermell (sud-oest de la Xina). També a Hainan.[5] És una espècie popular arreu del planeta com a peix d'aquari.[6][3]
