Telmatoscopus furcatus és una espècie d'insecte dípter pertanyent a la família dels psicòdids que es troba al Canadà (la Colúmbia Britànica),[6] els Estats Units (Michigan,[7] Califòrnia[8] i Texas)[9][10] i -probablement introduïda- el Brasil (Santa Catarina).[11][3][12][13][4][14]
