És un peix marí i batidemersal que viu entre 200 i 500 m de fondària.[4][5]
Distribució geogràfica [modifica]
Es troba al Pacífic occidental central: les illes Filipines.[4][6][7]
Observacions [modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[4]
