Argyrocottus zanderi és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels còtids i l'única del gènere Argyrocottus.[3]

Hàbitat [modifica]
És un peix marí, demersal i de clima temperat que viu entre 0-85 m de fondària.[4][6]
Distribució geogràfica [modifica]
Es troba al Pacífic nord-occidental: des d'Hokkaido (el Japó) fins al sud de les illes Kurils i el nord del mar del Japó.[4][7]
Observacions [modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[4]
