Plesienchelys stehmanni és una espècie de peix de la família dels zoàrcids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.

És un peix marí i d'aigües profundes que viu entre 340-975 m de fondària.[4]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba des del Riu de la Plata fins a les Illes Malvines.[4]
Observacions[modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[4]
