Lutjanus vitta és una espècie de peix de la família dels lutjànids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.

Morfologia[modifica]

Alimentació[modifica]

Menja peixos, gambes, crancs i d'altres invertebrats bentònics.[4]

Hàbitat[modifica]

És un peix de clima tropical i associat als esculls de corall que viu entre 10-72 m de fondària.[4][6]

Distribució geogràfica[modifica]

Es troba a les Seychelles i des del sud de l'Índia[7] fins a Nova Caledònia, les Illes Gilbert i les Illes Ryukyu.[4][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]
