Parapercis punctata és una espècie de peix de la família dels pingüipèdids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.[7]
Hàbitat i distribució geogràfica[modifica]
És un peix marí, demersal i de clima tropical, el qual viu a Reunió,[8][9] les illes Seychelles,[10] l'Índia,[11] el Vietnam[12] i, probablement també, Tailàndia.[13][14][4][15][16]
Observacions[modifica]
És inofensiu per als humans.[15]
