Promyllantor és un gènere de peixos marins pertanyent a la família dels còngrids i a l'ordre dels anguil·liformes.[1][2]

Distribució geogràfica[modifica]

Es troba a l'Atlàntic sud-oriental (la República Democràtica del Congo)[3][4] i la conca Indo-Pacífica (des del golf d'Aden[3][5] fins al mont submarí Lord Howe[3] i Nova Caledònia,[6][7] incloent-hi l'Índia sud-occidental[8][9] i Sulawesi -Indonèsia-).[10][11][12]
