Archamia biguttata és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels apogònids.[5]

Descripció[modifica]

  • Pot arribar a fer 11 cm de llargària màxima.
  • 7 espines i 9 radis tous a l'aleta dorsal i 2 espines i 16-17 radis tous a l'anal.[6][7]

Hàbitat[modifica]

És un peix marí, associat als esculls[8] i de clima tropical (30°N-15°S) que viu entre 0-33 m de fondària (normalment, entre 0-15).[6][9]

Distribució geogràfica[modifica]

Es troba al Pacífic occidental: des de Sumatra fins a Samoa,[10] les illes Ryukyu,[11] Palau i les illes Mariannes.[6][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29][30][31]

Observacions[modifica]

És inofensiu per als humans.[6]
