Plicofollis polystaphylodon és una espècie de peix de la família dels àrids i de l'ordre dels siluriformes.

Alimentació[modifica]
Menja principalment invertebrats.[6]
Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix demersal i de clima tropical.[6]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
Es troba a l'oest de l'Índic (Àfrica,[8][7][9] incloent-hi Madagascar), l'est de l'Índic (Java, Sumatra, Singapur i les illes Cèlebes) i l'oest del Pacífic (Papua Nova Guinea[10][11] i Austràlia).[12][6][13][14][15]
Ús comercial[modifica]
Es comercialitza principalment fresc.[6]
