Myctophum aurolaternatum és una espècie de peix de la família dels mictòfids i de l'ordre dels mictofiformes.

Reproducció[modifica]
És ovípar amb larves i ous planctònics.[6]
Depredadors[modifica]
És depredat per Stenella attenuata[7] i Stenella longirostris (a les Filipines)[8]
Hàbitat[modifica]
És un peix marí i d'aigües profundes.[4]
Distribució geogràfica[modifica]
